My wife was born into a different culture — in a Romanian village where the pace of life is adaptable to what is required. If the crops need taking care of fast, because of the weather, then you do it, fast. But if a meal is to be cooked for lunch, then who says that lunch needs to be at 1 o’clock? It’s a culture that truly revolves around community.
